SCREENING & WAIVER:

Registering for ANY of Mission:EDGE's services implies that you understand this event will involve physically intense training elements across different terrain, designed to push you out of your comfort zone. Whilst there is no minimum fitness requirement or qualification required to participate, it is highly recommended that you are fit and well with no injuries or health issues preventing you from safely participating in any form of exercise.
A screening questionnaire & waiver (SEE LINK BELOW) is required to be completed and signed by all participants prior to EVERY 3 DAY and/or FULL DAY Mission, as well as for the first time participating in a Training Taster. If a Screening Form has not been completed by a participant within the last 6 months, they will be required to complete it again with current information.

Completion of this form is mandatory and absolutely no exceptions will be made for individuals to participate without having the appropriate paperwork completed.
Should any health or injury concerns be identified in the screening questionnaire which may limit the recruit's safe participation in the program, Mission EDGE reserve the right to request the recruit provide Doctor's clearance, and/or reserve the right to cancel their registration and provide a refund.
MINIMUM NUMBERS:

A minimum of 15 recruits is required for Full Day and 3 Day events to proceed. Should the minimum number not be met 30 days (for Full Day Missions) or 60 days prior to start date (for 3 Day Missions), MissionEDGE reserve the right to cancel the event. In this instance, a FULL refund of your registration fees will be paid.

PAYMENTS:
​
Both Upfront & Payment Plan options are provided for 3 Day Missions.
Payment Plans are weekly over either 10 weeks, 20 weeks or 30 weeks and all payments must be completed in full no later than 4 weeks following the Mission.
Weekly payments can NOT be altered as are automatically processed through our website from your initial registration date.
Entering into a Payment Plan implies commitment to make full payment via the designated number of weekly payments, and may not be cancelled.

TRAINING & RISK:

Registering for this event implies that you understand this event will involve physically intense training elements across different terrain, designed to push you out of your comfort zone. A screening questionnaire & waiver will be required to be completed and signed by all participants, agreeing you understand participation in all activities is voluntary, and that you accept all risks and to release any claims you may have against Mission EDGE and all affiliates for any illness, injury or damages incurred in connection with, or by the use or misuse of the services provided. Completion of these forms (link contained in your Registration Confirmation email following registration, and/or at the top of this page) is mandatory and absolutely no exceptions will be made for individuals to participate without having the appropriate paperwork completed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Training Tasters & Training Blocks:
All bookings for Training Tasters and Training Blocks of multiple short sessions are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be given for non-attendance at any session/s

3 Day Missions:
ALL 3 Day Mission Registrations include a non-refundable booking component of $150.
​
Cancellation >90 days prior to the event start date may be eligible for a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable $150. Cancellation 90 to 60 days prior to the event start date may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking fee. Cancellation <60 days out will result in forfeit of your entire payment, however with the approval of MissionEDGE staff you may transfer your registration to another individual providing they are of appropriate health and fitness level to participate*.
No-shows will not be eligible for any refunds, credit or transfer under any circumstances.
We highly recommend you arrange your own travel insurance to cover in the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend.

*TRANSFERRING REGISTRATIONS
In the event you wish to transfer your registration, you are welcome to offer your Registration to whom ever you wish so long as they are of suitable health and physically able to participate safely. You must notify Mission EDGE immediately if you intend to transfer your registration to someone else.
If a Mission is SOLD OUT, we will keep a waitlist of any extra interested participants in order to help facilitate putting you in touch with potentially interested people, however it is NOT the responsibility of Mission EDGE to find a replacement for you. If a suitable replacement can not be found the above cancellation policy will stand.

Full Day Missions:
ALL Full Day Mission Registrations include a non-refundable booking component of $50.

Cancellation >60 days prior to the event start date may be eligible for a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable $50. Cancellation 60 to 30 days prior to the event start date may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking fee. Cancellation <30 days out will result in forfeit of your entire payment, however with the approval of MissionEDGE staff you may transfer your registration to another individual providing they are of appropriate health and fitness level to participate.
No-shows will not be eligible for any refunds, credit or transfer under any circumstances.
